Looking to return to care after being away for a while? We would love to welcome you back to the office!

If you were previously a patient in our office and have not been seen within two years of your last visit we will need to do a simple case update and you will be ready for care.

All that is involved for you is a one page case update form, updated x-rays and a brief consultation with Dr. Waddell and you are ready to be checked and adjusted!
